Parties To This Agreement And Consideration

The parties to this Agreement (“Agreement”) are you and SEXHOOKUP.ORG. As used in this Agreement, the terms “we” and “us” are used interchangeably to refer to SEXHOOKUP.ORG. By further accessing SEXHOOKUP.ORG or materials available at or in association with SEXHOOKUP.ORG, and for other good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is acknowledged by You and SEXHOOKUP.ORG, You hereby agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

By registering as a member and using any services offered on SEXHOOKUP.ORG you warrant to us that you are over 18 years of age and that you agree to these terms and conditions. If you are not over 18 years of age or do not agree to the terms and conditions then you cannot proceed to use SEXHOOKUP.ORG.

There is no joining fee or monthly subscription fee payable for the use of SEXHOOKUP.ORG.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Member name and password. You are responsible for all uses of its account, whether or not authorized by you. You agree to immediately notify SEXHOOKUP.ORG of any unauthorized use of its account.

You hereby acknowledge that You understand, and that You hereby agree, that any access to the age-restricted parts of SEXHOOKUP.ORG or Content made available by the Company, by a minor or by any person constitutes the unauthorized accessing of the Company’s computers and databases in excess of the authorization expressly granted by the Company in this Agreement, and that such unauthorized access violates state, federal and foreign laws, including, without limitation, The Electronic Communications Privacy Act, 18 U.S.C. § 2701-2710, The Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, 18 U.S.C. 1030 and The California Comprehensive Computer Data Access and Fraud Act, Cal. Penal Code “502 and constitutes trespass to chattels, and intentional copyright infringement(s) of the company’s copyrights in SEXHOOKUP.ORG and in Content owned by the Company, and/or other parties, that is displayed in, at or through SEXHOOKUP.ORG all of which are protected under the laws of the United States and other countries. You further acknowledge that You understand that any such unauthorized access of SEXHOOKUP.ORG and/or Company Content on the Company’s computers could subject you to potential criminal prosecution and substantial civil liability.

You acknowledge and agree that We may, in our sole discretion, terminate or suspend Your access to all or part of SEXHOOKUP.ORG at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including, without limitation, breach of this Agreement. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, any fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise illegal activity may be grounds for termination of Your access to all or part of SEXHOOKUP.ORG at Our sole discretion, and You may be referred to appropriate law enforcement agencies.

All copyright, design rights, database right, patents, and any rights to inventions, know-how, trade and business names, trade secrets and trade marks (whether registered or unregistered) and any applications therefore (“Intellectual Property Rights”) in SEXHOOKUP.ORG belong to and vest in SEXHOOKUP.ORG, or are licensed to SEXHOOKUP.ORG unless otherwise specified. All such rights of SEXHOOKUP.ORG are hereby asserted and reserved.

By way of example and without limitation, you shall not:

use any or all of SEXHOOKUP.ORG or the information contained therein for any purpose other than the permitted use set out above or hack, attempt to hack, distribute, modify, transmit, re-use, or re-post the same for any reason;

make any public or commercial use of SEXHOOKUP.ORG without SEXHOOKUP.ORG’ prior written consent;

provide hypertext links, URL Links, graphic links, hyperlinks or other direct connection to SEXHOOKUP.ORG for profit or gain or to avoid payment (by you or others) without SEXHOOKUP.ORG’ prior written permission;

display, publish, copy, print, post, modify or otherwise use SEXHOOKUP.ORG and the information contained therein for the benefit of any third party or web site without SEXHOOKUP.ORG’ prior written consent;

modify, post, distribute or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks or other proprietary information without having first received the express written permission of the owner of such information;

process or otherwise use the information contained on or within SEXHOOKUP.ORG for any illegal or immoral purpose nor use or process the same unfairly; or

remove or obscure any copyright notices and other proprietary notices contained on SEXHOOKUP.ORG.

We will try to solve any disagreements quickly and efficiently.

If SEXHOOKUP.ORG does not enforce any provision of these Terms this will not be considered a waiver of any provision or right.

In the event that any part of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, such part will at SEXHOOKUP.ORG’ option be construed as far as possible to reflect the parties’ intentions and the remainder of the provisions will remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and SEXHOOKUP.ORG and shall apply to the exclusion of all other terms or conditions of contract which you may purport to propose.

– SEXHOOKUP.ORG or any part of it may not be compatible with your browser or computer configuration and we make no warranty that it is. We make no warranty that our services via SEXHOOKUP.ORG will be available at any particular time or that your access to SEXHOOKUP.ORG will be uninterrupted, timely or error free and we will not be responsible if we are unable to provide SEXHOOKUP.ORG or its services for any reason.

— If you are accessing SEXHOOKUP.ORG and services in the course of a business, all implied warranties and conditions are excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.

– We shall not be liable for any losses you suffer as a result of unauthorised access to your account until such time as you have informed us of any unauthorised or possible unauthorised use of your login details or of a breach of security.

– We shall not be liable for (a) any loss of profit, data loss, loss of production, depletion of goodwill and (b) any indirect loss, costs or expenses whatsoever in each case arising out of your use of SEXHOOKUP.ORG, your use of our services available or advertised on SEXHOOKUP.ORG or our failure to deliver services contained on SEXHOOKUP.ORG.

– If you are accessing SEXHOOKUP.ORG to use the Services available through it otherwise than in the course of your business, you have certain statutory rights as a consumer regarding the performance of services. These statutory rights are not and will not be affected by any statement contained in these terms and conditions (and in particular, any provision which has the effect of limiting our liability to you in the event that any service is defective or fails to correspond with the description given to it on SEXHOOKUP.ORG shall not apply).
